SCAMMERS

Wowchers mystery holiday deal states in their terms and conditions that this company have to offer 3* hotels minimum (which we didn’t realise straight away) and we were offered 2* hotels over the phone as none of the 3* ones were available for the destination that was given to us through wowcher. Again as we didn’t realise the specific terms and conditions I mentioned before straight away we unwillingly allowed them to change our destination and at further costs which of course we refused to pay after realising that they should not have offered us a 2* hotel to begin with! Obviously at the time we were not happy with the change of destination and the scam that we were pressured to fall for on that first phone call. We have asked for phone recordings numerous times and they have failed to send them over, they also only offered us a tiny refund compared to what we paid when APTA got in touch with them on our behalf to get this resolved.
