Fraudsters and scammers

I applied for finland visa through skyways 2 years ago. But no process and they always lie about the process. They are just scammers and fooling people around. If any authority is reading this please take some action on these people because they take hard earned money from innocent people and then break their trust. I am following up from last 6 months for refund but they aren’t answering neither my calls nor emails.
