This agency is a fraud. They are just another one of those agencies who will promise you high Visa approval chances, but after you pay them, nothing happens. You can't call them for follow-ups and you can't enter their office without making an appointment. Until they send you an e-mail after 2 years that your contract with them is finished and you have to pay them again for renewal
