Unreliable delivery and poor communication
I had a very disappointing experience with DTDC courier in Gaur City 2. I ordered a product online and it was supposed to be delivered to my doorstep within 2-3 days. However, the courier took over a week to deliver the product and they did not even bother to inform me about the delay.

Hygiene and Staff:
It is not very often where you find excellent and sophisticated staff, but at the Apollomedics super specialty hospital Lucknow, the staff is very well-mannered. Even the janitors are well-mannered, and they keep the hospital clean. You won't smell the typical hospital smell in the hospital premises.
