It's a bad experience.

I previously purchased a package of 17 treatments at the Serangoon branch but had not used any of them. When I transferred to the Jurong East branch and began treatment, I was told that I only had a total of 10 treatments. The management is extremely irresponsible and claimed that my previous consultant does not exist. Their billing is chaotic. I have posted the same content on Google, hope this issue can be resolved.
