A very Dedicated Team of Dietetics
Ever since I got married a year ago, I started putting a little weight. Although I was very conscious about it, I just could not control it. On a recommendation by one of her patients, I came in contact with Ms. Dharti Shah, Head of Dietetics at Sahara Hospital, Lucknow.
She immediately understood my predicament and put me on a diet plan. And it was not a vigorous one at all. All the while, I never felt as if I was curtailing my food intake. In fact, I was enjoying every bit of it. Such was the guidance and understanding of Dharti Ma'm and her team. I am till now following her plan and it has given me the desired results.
