Worst attitude

Anyone who intend or thought about giving them a try just because you come across their ads or good reviews on social platform, you may- if you got the money to waste! Like many others, out of curiosity and believing it might actually work. Upon chancing their ads on fb, showing 10 sessions’s original price were like 3-5k and the trial rate is only $300+, I decided to give it a try. After consultation, it turns out that what was offered on fb was actually their so called ‘basic package’ which you won’t get to see much results unless you go for their ‘bye bye fat’ which would cost you about 4-5k for a package. After 1-2hours of sales pitch, I was convinced to get an enhanced basic package which consist of 10 sessions (lying in the capsules) basically comes with 3 different lighting and these 3 has ‘different’ functions, while the basic ones only has 1 lighting. Didn’t know how ridiculous it sound until when I was lying the the capsule, seeing the consultation simply tapping onto 3 buttons and that’s what they meant by ‘3 different lightings’. Long story short: no results. The consultant that served me had been really nice throughout but I think there are 2 main things that requires improvement 1) professionalism. 2) hygiene. I have always heard staffs talking and laughing loudly outside, disrupting client’s peace. 2) The towel displayed on the capsule bed should be changed after each client leave, as I’ve witness client’s sweat on the towels. 3) the hot towel they provided for the customers to wipe their body stinks badly.
