Location Wise it is a good project but the project launched in 2014 is still under construction. Original completion date was 2018, than revised to 2020, again revised to Jan 2022 which is gone. Now the new construction completion date been revised to September 2023.
There hardly any construction activity is seen on site and completion date of September seen impossible unless construction takes pace.
Please buy this property when completed.
